I am going to blog every day, I promise. I have told everyone that they can keep up with what I am doing by tracking my blog, and people have expressed interest. I am not sure if this is because so many people want to say “I told you so” (Mark Randall) or whether people are just genuinely interested. I hope it is because people like to read what I write.

So if you are still with me, thank you. As I progress in my post-legal career I plan to write about lots of different things-sports, politics, humor-but who know what will actually come out. I used to blog every day while I worked at CDAC but then I had something to say every day. Things happened all the time and the purpose of the blog was to keep everyone up to date. Now, however, I face the opposite problem-nothing will happen every day. Nothing. At all. So the blogs may read something like this.

“Paper arrived late today. This put my nap behind schedule, which is a problem if I want to catch ‘I Dream of Jeannie’ (I watch it for the storylines). Went for a walk. Lots of SUVs on the street today. Got mosquito bite. Tried to write this afternoon. Made good progress for 15 minutes before I got distracted. Found great internet site containing shoe sizes of hall of fame baseball players.”

I don’t expect a very large audience.

Seriously, I do plan to write a lot. Soon I will get my own website so I can promote my writing. Once I do I will put the website address on here. I plan to republish my book Their Own War, and see if some of the others I have written over the years can be made publishable. I have some underway, and others in mind. I do not plan to write about prosecution for a while. There are all kinds of good books there, but I want to get away from it. Thirty years is a long time.

I am really grateful for all the support I have received for my writing. And if you have not read me before, trust me, I am a lot better than represented by this. I am really. So keep following me. If nothing else you might find out the daytime lineup of TVLand.
